The SSEP represents professionals working across all fields of Experimental Pharmacology. Its objectives are to promote and defend the interests of experimental pharmacologists in Switzerland and to advance scientific and translational research in the field.

SSEP Prizes

Bürgi Prize (CHF 2'000)

The Bürgi Prize rewards the best original publication addressing a problem in the fields of Experimental or Clinical Pharmacology every other year. The next Bürgi Prize will be awarded in 2025.

Giselle LS2 prize

SSEP Best Poster Prize at LS2 meeting 2024 to Giselle Hevia Hernandez

At the LS2 meeting that took place on February 12-13, 2024 at Amphimax of the University of lausanne, Giselle Hevia Hernandez (laboratory of Prof. Stephan von Gunten, Institute of Pharmacology, University of Bern) received a Prize for best poster given by the Swiss Society of Experimental Pharmacology (SSEP).
